Dawn Landau

Dawn Landau is a 29-year resident of Atlanta’s Intown communities, which include Midtown, Morningside and Virginia-Highland. Recently, she completed the coursework and testing required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for a Georgia Real Estate Broker License and is an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Midtown. She is a neighborhood advocate and is a Board Member of the Midtown Neighborhood Association (MNA), the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition (ABC) and PEDS (Pedestrians Educating Drivers on Safety). She (along with most of Atlanta) is EXTREMELY excited about what the Atlanta Beltline is bringing to the city. Her involvement in the Atlanta Beltline includes the Sockmonkey Beltline Crew and an early title sponsor of the Beltline Bike Tour which takes place every June. Additionally, Dawn, along with her husband Terry Kitts, founded Environs Residential Design & Construction. Environs Residential is a general contracting company that specializes in designing homes that contribute positively to the neighborhood AND satisfy the needs of our modern lifestyles. She is the business manager and lead designer of that firm which gives her a much greater depth of knowledge about the area homes than most agents possess.
